Our strict quality controls make sure that each translation is of the highest quality. The 5-step quality process has been created to help achieve this:

1). Analysis of the Source Text

Firstly, we look at the source text to make sure that it is complete, without any mistakes. Then, we choose the most suitable translator for the project. 



2). Mother tongue translators only

The translation is then worked on by both a native English speaker and a native Slovak speaker, who work in tandem to ensure the best translation possible. 



3). Check that the original message still holds true

The translation is then checked again to make sure the native Slovak speaking translator has understood the nuances of the source text. 



4). Proofreading by second mother tongue speaker

The translation is then spell-checked and proofread by a second native Slovak-speaking translator.



5). Correctly formatted

Finally, the final draft of the text is checked one last time to ensure that it is in the correct format before being delivered.
